Technology Transactions

Samuelson Law has long been known as a commercial real estate boutique law firm, doing all things real estate law, except zoning. However, over the years, Ken Samuelson has handled a number of hi-tech transactions, such as licensing agreements, joint venture agreements, equipment and other sharing agreements, venture financing documents, outsourcing agreements, service agreements, employment agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Many of the concepts applicable to commercial real estate transactions also apply to hi-tech transactions, and Ken has been able to transfer his real estate transaction skills to the particular needs of hi-tech.

Now, with the opening of this firm’s new location in Montgomery County's I-270 Corridor, this firm plans to grow its hi-tech transactions practice even further. However, this firm does not plan to undertake patent, trademark or copyright work, but will continue to work with law firms that are specialists in those areas.
